Homeowners Associate Attorney

We are seeking an Associate Attorney to become a part of our team! The ideal candidate must be self-driven, motivated, and have experience in Homeowners Insurance Litigation. This encompasses motion practice, pretrial hearings, motion calendar, mediations, settlement conferences, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court
• Prepare and draft legal documents
• Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
• Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law
• Prepare depositions and represent our clients in depositions
• Attend hearings and motion calendar

Qualifications:

• At least one year of experience in homeowner’s insurance litigation required
• Florida Bar in good standing
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Familiarity with various legal documents
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A proven leader and team player
• Experience in Personal Injury Litigation a plus
