Receptionist

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist with office tasks including keeping up with office supplies
  • Maintain law firm calendar with appointments and deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with Clients, schedule appointments and consultations
  • Answer phones and deliver the highest form of costumer service possible
  • Maintain conference room area and office area in a professional and neat manner

Skills & Competencies:

  • Ability to communicate professionally and interact effectively with all levels of personnel, including legal staff, attorneys and Clients
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, reliability, outstanding organizational skills
  • Excellent client service skills and ability to work on multiple matters simultaneously in an organized manner and under minimal supervision
  • Flexibility and ability to respond quickly and positively to shifting demands
  • Position also requires the ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines
  • Superior organizational skills, e.g. managing trackers
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Some computer skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite and document management systems
  • Team player and willing to undertake duties necessary to get the job done
  • Can work under pressure
